The support service provides advice to customers on issues related to the goods and services offered by the online store, payment, delivery, and cancellation of payment operations/transactions. The support service is obliged to accept complaints from customers, inform them about the status of the complaint review process, and, if necessary, investigate complaints.

How to Pay
Before proceeding with the payment transaction, the Buyer must have access to all the main terms and conditions of the Sale related to payment:

Delivery and returns

Delivery within Chisinau is free of charge.

Delivery within Moldova costs between 100 and 250 lei, depending on the weight of the goods.

Returns

If the goods have been lost by the Buyer within 30 days, or delivery is impossible/has not been carried out within the maximum period/has not been carried out within 30 (thirty) days from the date of confirmation of the relevant Payment Transaction, SRL “AYDAN - COM” is obliged to initiate the Revocation of the relevant Payment Transaction/ Transaction if the Buyer has not given written consent to extend the delivery period.

The online store berrona.md or the Buyer has the option to initiate either a full or partial cancellation of the Payment Transaction/Transaction, depending on the nature and reason for the cancellation.
